“Indiana’s FREE Discount Prescription Drug Card Program”

I have been out of work for a year now and have been paying for my prescriptions out of pocket. I had never heard of this program. I was in the hospital and when i was released a social worker there gave me the card i couldn't believe the savings. This card saved me over forty dollars on just one of my prescriptions. What a great program for people with expensive prescription cost. Thank you

I was so happy to learn about this program, I have been giving cards to all the doctors and nurses at our hospital. It is a huge help to our rural hospital and our patients. Recently some of the pharmaceutical companies have been cutting back on the samples they give out, which leaves many patients looking for other ways to get the medications they need. I will continue to spread the word about this great program.

I just visited Kroger Pharmacy and instead of $64 for a 30 day supply of Omeprezole, it is $10 with this card. Even thru Anthem's mail order it was $35 per month. My husband and I are both on this medicine so this saves us $50 per month just on this prescription alone.

When asked to participate in the Indiana Drug Card Program, I was hesitant at first ... After closer inspection I realized this program had more to offer. We decided to give it a trial run and couldn't have more pleased or surprised by the response. All of our local pharmacies accept the card which adds to its value of discounting medication. The program provides for branding on the cards which helped us to further promote. The response continues to be positive especially for those folks who are caught between the cracks of insurance coverage, unemployed or those that only have catastrophic coverage but still need assistance with prescription medication. There is no cost so why wouldn't you want to take advantage of the program.
